Demotions

Demotions in the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office would never happen without a reason, our department leadership and high command are all service minded and understanding people. However, at times when a Chain of Command member has a suitable reason to hand out a strike, clock out or demotion. These sort of decisions, such as demotions do not happen without a discussion between the other Blaine County Sheriff’s Office Administrative members, it’s a joint decision. There could be several reasons for a demotion, here is a list of the things that may lead up to a demotion. You may be demoted for any other reasons that is not stated in this list if agreed on by the Chain Of Command team.

  • Inactivity within the department. If you’re not active, we cannot notice you, this can also result in removal of certifications or a certain position such as BCSO - Supervisors or Field Training Officer.

  • Infractions and issues within the FiveM Community, things such as Bans or Kicks, Warnings or prior strikes.

  • Failure to follow Department Structures and the S.O.P

  • Causing internal arguments with other Law Enforcement Departments within the San Andreas Department of Role-play Community.

  • Bringing the name of the department into disrepute.

  • Poor performance while on-duty, this could also lead to re-training and clock-outs.

  • Disrespect of higher ups may lead to a demotion or removal.

  • In the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office we require you to not start any unnecessary arguments with members from other departments. Failure to do this, like stated before will result in disciplinary action being taken.
