Field Training Officer Evaluator FTO-E: An FTO-E’s job is to train FTA’s to become a certified FTO and to make sure our FTO’s are following the correct training guide when doing training. Field Training Officer Administrator FTO-A: As a FTO-A you will be getting the job to hire new FTO-E’s to make sure that we have sufficient FTO’s. You will be administering all FTA’s, FTO’s and FTO-E’s.
