Field Training Officer

As a FTO you will be eligible to get promoted into the Chain Of Command team. You must be a FTO within the BCSO to be allowed into the Chain of Command team. A Field Training Officer (FTO) is a deputy that is certified to host training for probationary deputies and for certification training. Your main goal is to host training and make sure our probationary deputies get trained.

As an FTO you MUST have atleast 1 training per month to keep your FTO position
