Field Training Assistant

A Field Training Assistant (FTA) is what you get once you reach the rank of Corporal. As a FTA you will assist in training, such as probationary training. If you wish to become a FTO you need FTA 3 training and get evaluated by an FTO-E or FTO-A. Your main job is to assist in training and help the FTO out as best as possible.
